Lakes Limo, as its now called, was originally named Town Car Service MN. We had experienced the quality customer service for ourselves on a few occasions, having been referred to his services by friends and family. Lacking a web presence, we came to the owner with some ideas to help grow his business beyond the already successful word of mouth advertising.
Through our competitor research it was apparent that the largest growth opportunity was with groups young adults enjoying his affordable limo services for special outings. The majority of this target market resided in the uptown area, spread across the lake filled landscape of southwest Minneapolis. There came the name, Lakes Limo, a brand you can relate to and luxury you can afford. We centered the design around images from Minneapolis' vibrant night scene, with a dark background highlighted by the bright lights of a music stage.
Lakes Limo is known for their top notch customer service, professional chauffeurs, affordable price, and punctual arrival. With a newly founded brand name it is important to not spare any details about the unique offerings of the company. By creating an in depth about us page, and full list of limo services available, visitors were able to spend extended time browsing the site and become more prepared to make a buying decision.
We were able to build 10 unique contact forms for each type of limo service and an overall booking engine on the contact page. This allows the owner to be notified via email about what specific page the user was on when they requested a quote. With a loyal customer base full of brand advocates, we installed numerous facebook comment sections to create a place for customers to share there great experiences with Lakes Limo.
Originally lacking a web presence, the owner took advantage of his limited marketing outlets by displaying their fleet and company details on each business card. With that content now accessible on the web, we created a cleaner design for this two sided business card. Featuring a large logo on the front and a custom skyline scene on the back, these cards do a great job injecting personality into this young brand.
